Who we are

RJ Solutions is a new construction business services company based in Northern Minnesota. It was founded by Rhett Johnson, a civil engineering student at the University of Minnesota Duluth.

Studying civil engineering gives us a foundation in how projects are planned, scheduled, and built. We apply that mindset to the business side of contracting: clear records, clear costs, and fewer surprises.

We are just getting started, and we would rather be honest about that than overstate it.

Looking ahead. Our long-term goals include construction management and property development. Any engineering services would be offered only after all applicable education, experience, and Minnesota licensure requirements are met. None of these are offered today.
